The place is not bad for the price. The parking is great having no problem with finding a spot. Noise level is a little problem as if your neighbor is play some music or washing some clothes your are bound to hear it. The one thing that is great about this place is the Maintenance. I had a couple of problems since being here and they were on top of it either responding or having the problem fixed within a day. During the summer months there is no way to keep your place cool as the apartments do not hold temp very well. The one thing you can not beat here is the price and the moving specials. I am sure there are better places to live but this is not bad
