I have lived here for 4 years, initially I loved it but now it is time for me to go. I have experienced 3 different managers, and two management companies. It seems the feel of the office has definitely changed since the new property management company has taken over. The rents increased, they began charging for water, they sent out notices that service charges for plumbing issues would begin. I have rarely reported any issues with my apt, but the maintenance service has been excellent. The maintenance staff is very friendly and accomodating-the best experience here throughout my 4 yrs. The main reason I am leaving is due to the decline in the types of residents- too many trashy people, party people. I have had to call and report many incidents that should have never occurred, these peopple dont seem to understand the concept of common courtesy to your neighbors. Of course if the management tolerates it, then the good residents such as myself are the ones who suffer.

I will miss the low rent (compared to others in the area) and the great maintenance staff.

To the person who posted on 7/16, what building are you in? I'm considering moving there next month with my 7 month old daughter and definitely don't want to do that if their is a noise problem.

I am on the west side of the playground. I would find out which apt you are renting, and go walk around the area in the evening or on a wkend to see who/what is around you. Im not aware of any vacancies in my bldg right now. You would definitely NOT want to be next to my current neighbors.

I am a current resident of the community and can say..yes sometimes you just get renters without common courtesy. However, on a positive note...the management has removed a few of those residents on the west side of the playground. If you drive the property at night or during the day you will see..people do not hang out. I've had small complaints and the courtesy officer and staff both responded. For the price and how quiet the place is...its well worth the $. This lady unfortunately had a not so nice neighbor probably....

My neighbors are very noisy.They are always up till midnight.It really bugs.The cars are always loud when they pass were they live.The noise is horrible.
