I lived her for some time. It was good at first but then it sold and the new owners are awful. They charged for everything that they repair and most of the time it is still not fixed but they charge for it. The crime is awful also. Maintenance also stole from me and enter your apartment at random with out notice and it is not for an emergency . Ihad put up a large deposit and they said that I did not put up one. The also said that I did not have a move in sheet or that the old company had it. They charged me for a full make ready and for thing that were not done in my apartment. I would not send anyone to Emerald Park Apartments. This was the apartments from hell.

The new owners do suck.I had a problem 3 weeks ago and they just came to fix it.The assistant just sits there and does nothing.
