We have lived here over a year now and never had any problems. Any time we need something fixed it is done the next day if not the day after. As for the comment about crime, please. Our truck is left unlocked every night and never had any problems. But then again maybe that's because the person who posted that comment has moved. Thank you so much since you left crime is no longer a problem if it ever was. Our kids run and play along with their friends during the day and everyone looks out for one another. Maybe had the people in the previous reviews paid their rent on time they wouldn't be evicted and feel as though they had nothing better to do than post negative feedback. We have three kids and I would never live where there were roaches, water bugs, or rats for that matter. The only bugs we see here are the flies when the door is left open. To me that speaks volumes of your house keeping skills. The only complaint I have is we wish there were two pools or at least a bigger one and maybe some chairs for tanning. Very happy tenant!
