If you are hard on cash and think that you can tolerate 6-12 months of living in this community to save a buck on move-in; you are WRONG. You will regret living in this complex from day one and wish you could give back all your incentives just to get away.
Cons:
1. Very dangerous neighborhood. The office staff will tell you that it is on the upswing, but the local police will tell you it is getting worse, much worse.
2. Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. The office staff promises roach sprayings on a regular basis, but the maintenance team rarely shows up at all to do the job.
3. Extremely slow, if at all maintenance repairs. The maintenance team DOES NOT respond within a reasonable time to repair issues (4 weeks) and in some cases will not come at all. When they arrive, they are generally rude.
4. Office Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I have never encountered a more rude office staff in my entire life. Unless you speak Spanish, you might as well get in line for help...a very long line for help. Very rude and filled with lies!!
5. Illegals, illegals, and more illegals. Based on reports from the local police, whom I chatted with when I saw them in the area; the complex is home to countless illegals who deal with drugs. On many occasions, I saw white SUVs with officers preparing to raid one of the units.
6. Workmanship of the "luxury" apartment is a lie. New carpet and flooring, does not constitute a "luxury" complex. The complex is borderline condemned and might not even pass city inspection to be considered a city project dwelling.
Pros:
1. Price. YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE!!!
I would highly recommend that you stay away from this complex and their office staff. Trust me, you will be glad that you spent a little more money elsewhere without all the hassles.

Thanks for the heads up....the staff is the worst! I hope people read all of the posts before renting here!
