The Estates seemed nice & do have a lot of ammenities. The price is good because the apt has a lot of upgrades. Issues are not resolved quickly. I had to deal with the asst. manager I won't name on numerous occasions at move-in and with plumbing problems. She was so rude and difficult I moved out at lease end.
Watch out- they keep all your deposit even if apt is barely lived-in. The lease says they cover normal wear like most apt- but they make you sign an addendum which is just a way to keep your entire deposit. There is also no parking.
