We have lived here for over a year now and just resigned our lease. Before we were here we lived at The Mansions by the Vineyard for two years...a sister property we also loved. The staff and maintenance have always been great. We've never had a problem with either. We have been through the move out process and felt like it was fair. They are always doing things for tenants like holiday parties and brunch. Everyone is super friendly and knows each other. There is really nothing I would change about living here.

Um...no. We actually like living here. I love my apartment. I wish we had new carpet when we moved in, but oh well. We personally have never had a problem. Why is that so hard to believe?
