Parking is a total mess when you don't have allocated spaces...too many pets all over the place and you can hear your neighbors above and beside you. Gates are open most of the time like others have mentioned. Snotty...uppity management, Julio is the only redeeming factor. I was gone for 3 weeks one month and the difference on my water bill was $5.40 go figure. Twice my UPS parcels were stolen from my front door. Need I say more'

Almost every apartment has a garage and the ones who don't have parking along the entire back of the complex near those apartments.
