I lived here a year and the front door was never fixed from someone kicking it in before I moved there. There was also roaches galore and pot reaking in the night, I called the cops several times and residents were halled away or given warnings. When I moved out I was charged over 1700.00 in damanges that they were supposed to fix, like the door and pre broken window. I am still fighting them almost a year later.DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOU DEPOSIT GONE PLUS WHAT EVER ELSE THEY WANT TO TRY AND GET YOU FOR

PS, they also charged me for leaving my Christmas trash on the front porch for an hour...I was pregnant on the second floor with 2 year old, they don't care for their residents, just to keep upgrading to lexus and mercedes

I have lived here for over a year and have friends who live here also. Nothing like you posted have I ever encountered. It has always been a clean, quiet and great apartment community. I wasn't pregnant but I was on chemo and the office staff were all very accomodating and as helpful as family. Sounds like a personal issue. I refer people all the time and they also have a great incentive for that. Great community, great neighbors and most of all a great staff....

This is TOTAL BS. We've been here almost two years and, believe me, NOTHING like this has happened. here. If you want the truth call the NRH Police and ask them about this property. I don't know what this person's problem is, but this is all just spiteful lies.

In reading the reveiws of the zip code 76180, the negative entry is in most. Just on the home page I noted 3, 4, 5 times this exact same thing was said. Either this person made a mistake or the have it out for the apartments in the 76180 zip code!

Seriously?? I have lived her for two years next month...and you are not talking about the property I live in! I have never seen ONE roach! I have never seen the police come "haul" someone away! All the staff have only ever been kind and eager to help. Personally, I think you are full of crap! This is a great community.

Wow, this is ridiculous. I have just read this same review on another apartment community and it was WORD FOR WORD!!!! This is obviously somebody who has nothing better to do with their time than 'COPY' AND 'PASTE'.

This person must live in every apartment complex in North Richland Hills. apartmentrating.com is a worthless site. Anyone making a decision based upon the ratings from this site is wasting their time. Best thing to do is go look for yourself in person.

I think apartment management needs to stop leaving comments to talk the place up......lol NRH is not one of the most crime free cities ...please people be real .....plus if the apartment complex has to drive out to Keller and throw there business cards on the door steps of other apartments ....stay away ......
