They act great while you live there but you will not get your deposit back. They are thiefs. They stole over a thousand dollars and had no right. The apartment smelled like cat urine when I moved in and they never got the smell out and then blamed it on me. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Their owners are known for keeping everyone's deposit. It is a scam and they know it. Western Rim is infamous for this conduct. No one has taken time to take them to court over it. I think they just believe nobody would. Someday they will be called on this unethical conduct. They call it extra income (your deposit) and count on it being in their bank when you give it to them moving in.

Was it notated on your move in condition form? That is what that is for... I lived there and got my deposit back except for my final water bill. They sent me an information packet of what I had to do before I moved out and I had no issues.
