THE INDIVIDUAL APARTMENTS:
Old, run-down, tiny, rotting, poor insulation, old worn-out appliances, dirty/old carpeting. We were in a 525 sq. ft. apartment....the bedroom is good size, but the living, kitchen, bathroom, dining, and patio are so suffocating they're so small.

THE LEASING:
As far as I know, average leasing process/experience.

THE STAFF:
Sometimes rude and unhelpful.

THE SAFETY:
AFter you get used to it, you feel slightly safe. Though, at first, you look around you and wonder. There's no gates, and you don't exactly always get used to going outside after dark. My brother's car was broken into, and so were many others'.

THE AMMENITIES:
The one pool is pretty crappy.
No workout center or any other ammenities.

OVERALL:
Small, poor-quality apartments. They are very old and run-down, and the prices are a bit much for the location and quality.
