Buy a house instead

If you buy a house then you are responsible for water leaks, general maintenance and you can keep people from parking on or near your premises. Don't bother calling for assistance from the manager or anyone in the office because you certainly won't receive a return phone call. My recommendation is to buy a house, then you can take care of maintenance yourself and keep people from parking in your drive way or assigned parking and most certainly you can call and have vehicles in violation towed.
