I do not recommend Hilltop apartments to anyone! The office staff are rude and inconsiderate. They will stick you to a lease no matter the circumstances. I was forced to move to another apt. in the complex due to threats being made to me by another tenant and they charged me to clean the apt. I had moved out of when all that needed done was vaccumming. After several complaints to them about pot smoking neighbors, nothing was ever done about it. Come to find out, given the circumstances I was in, I could have legally broken my lease afterall. They acted as though they did me a favor by letting me move across the property. Maintenance' Good luck communicating with them, they don't speak english. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone during normal business hours too. Overall, you don't get much for what you pay in rent here, you may as well invest in a house.
