I can not even begin to tell you the bad experience that I had living here. To begin, the water bill is shared amongst all the residents and the apartment. Our monthly water bill was around 50.00 for two persons. It is every expensive for a couple. In fact, before we moved here we were paying about 15.00 for the same water bill, in another complex. The building is infested with spiders, roaches, rats, and other bugs. When I tried to take my complaint to the manager (Julie), she basically laughed at the situation. She is unfriendly and unprofessional. The inside of the apartment was a total nightmare. The walls and crown molding are nasty, and beyond repair. Also, the maintenance personnel are very rude, and not helpful. It took them over 3 weeks to fix my refrigerator. Like I mention before, don??t waste your time and money.

Hilltop has been a quiet enjoyable place for me and my husband. As we both work, we have little time to fret over small things. You act like this is a new idea! Most of the apts complexes "share" the water bill with all rewasidences. Sounds like you should buy a house so you can pay ALL of the water bill. I'll bet this was explain to you BEFORE you signed to move there. This should not be a sounding board for personal feelings. Is that why you didn't sign your name?
