i agree that the maintence does suck big time i too have had maintenence over 3times for the same thing all they do is look at it jiggle something and claim its fixed. plus i have put in a work order 3 times since ive been there and once when i moved inot the apartment, to get the soap dish in my bathroom fixed so it wouldnt cut my daughter and it is yet to be fixed. my sister cut herself on it not to long ago.
