We loved living in these apartments when Julie and Seth were there. They were awesome. The last time i renewed my lease for 6 months. the staff never provided me a copy of the lease after i asked repeatedly for it. Now we still in in north richland hills and have a huge 3 bedroom 2 bath with 5 people living with us, a lawn to water, a pool that we fill and our water bill runs in the $40 range at our house. When we lived at these apartments in a 2/2 with 4 people living our water bill ran us $65-70 a month. The summer at our house hit right at $60. I dont know about you but that is a little high. And watch get yourself a mailbox. Our whole mailbox unit was broken into and mail stolen. Instead of the mail being dropped off at the office I had to go out of my way to go to the post office to pick it up, and when you don't ever drive out that way it is a bit of gas when you go out there everyday for over 2 weeks

the local post office is less than 10minutes away?

At our community the water billing is allocated, which means it is divided between the apartments in the building. When you own your own home you are only paying for your consumption. in reference to you driving to the post office to get our mail; that is the decision of the post office and is a federal compliance law.
