Amazing! From: aluallen05 Date posted: 1/20/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I never had one single problem living here, the maintenance was great and always extremely helpful, they were always there by the next day. I never saw one roach in the place, the only confusing thing is how they do the water bill, they do three months at a time on every 3rd months rent, as far as I can remember, but they arent screwing anyone out of anything. It is conveniently located by walmart and lots of eating places. The management is great, and they are constantly upgrading the lot. As for any place you live, you may not get along with EVERYONE in the complex, and there may be a fight or 2, but I can honestly say that I saw none of that at all. They also have plenty of parking and is a very family friendly place. I would recommend them to anyone.
