I lived in these apartments for 6 months before getting married and moving away. Me and my 2 friends live there together, along with one of my friends 1 year old son. We never had any problems with someone coming to fix things that were broken, or the condition of the place. The living room was average, kitchen average, the dining room (well alot of places dont have dining rooms so be happy!), the bedrooms were good sized and the bathrooms were really nice! The management people were super nice unless you were constantly late with rent or had parties all the time or broke alot of rules over and over again. I loved this place and highly recommend it. Unlike these other ratings, im not petty about stupid things that I can prevent. Its a nice place with nice people, dont blame the way people treat you on them, check your own attitude and if you have higher expectations, go spend a millions dollars on a damn mansion because these are nice. So get over yourselves!

there has been a change in management and ownership since you were here. So get over it yourself, as this place has gone downhill in about the last year. we are leaving in the next two weeks to get away from it all. this place sucks now. was nice when we moved in, but not anymore

Date: 01/21/2008 "there has been a change in management and ownership since you were here." Not true. I've lived in Hillop since January of 2007, and even through the change, as long as you pay rent on time and follow your lease rules they are incredibly helpful.
