My husband and I have lived at Hilltop for over 3 years now. As I read the reviews, I am startled to read so many negative comments. The people who write such things must have an axe to grind of their own. One of my "neighbors" here, keep stalking me to tell me every chance she got about how she felt about the office staff, the floor plans, pool, etc., ...always trying to get me to say I agreed with her view.
As time went on I found out she didn't pay her rent on time, let her kids dirty up the pool, has a MAJOR drinking problem, and gossiped about everyone including ME! Finally now, she has moved and I realize the NEIGHBOR was the problem. Yes, many of her "Anonymous" comments are still alive and well here on this review list.

Hilltop is kept clean, has a comfortable floor plan, fair market price for apts, close to our work (and everything else), and a SAFE place to live. Yes, we pay our rent and our water bill. Shouldn't everyone'' No, we are seldom late with out rent that we might have to pay a late fee. When things happen and it is your fault, come on people ------------please own up too your own mistakes.
Reading these reviews tells me the people who write nasty reviews are just out to cause problems. Geta life!
