The title of this review says it all. I do not regret a lot of things in my life but this I do. I put $150 down for a deposit... they didn't record it and said I only paid $100 so they kept my $50. The place is falling apart. Ant and nats will be your roommates and even tho they say they "fix" the problem... NO the bugs hide until the next day. The office staff is rude, don't think they understand good customer service. Yeah they will be friendly when you first visit and move, just to get you in, but then it's hell from then on out. Because it's near a college, expect a bunch of wild parties, beer bottles everywhere. If your looking for beer and drugs, this is your place. I would rather shoot myself before moving back to this hell hole! Please stay away!
