when me and my roomate saw the model, we were impressed. But when we moved into our apt, we were sorry we signed the lease. It had a smokey smell that we have been trying to get rid of for a year, and it is still as strong as ever. Want meth, crack, marijuana''' You can get it at every other door! And if you can't, then go next door to Equestrian Pointe where all u have to do is sneeze and it's offered to you. If you take a wrong turn in the parking lot, you get lost in a pothole. There are rats EVERYWHERE!!!!!! thank god there are tons of stray cats to eat them. Parking is a joke. ANd when u do park, your car gets shat on by the thousands of birds and disease carrying pigeons. Walls are paper thin too. But I have never had a problem with the staff or maintenance crew. Water is a problem too. It is always too cold or too hot in the shower... never just right. And I constantly have to adjust it when I am in the shower. Pool is nasty as hell too!
