Better off in the streets

well to start off, if for some god-awful reason you do decide to move into these (waste of money) dump apartments then be sure your able to win on the hit show survivor cause its just as bad or even worse than living in the woods or even in the streets of the worst neighborhood you could imagine. People mention how bad the maitanence is and really its not that bad cause im not even sure they have a maintanence crew, unless you count that kid who comes around with broken lightbulb to put in the kitchen that work for about 5 min. its not worth any amount of money to have to put up with the "out of the blue" poweroutages that they say they give notice for, that way all your food goes bad and you show up late for work cause your alarm-clock doesnt work half of the time cause of these useful poweroutages, but hey its ok i guess to have to deal with people trying to take advantage of you just cause its your first apt. but i just warn anybody who is planning on coming near this toxic waste dump and im very excited to move out and hope that i never have to deal with the constant nagging of the management. oh yeah if you do move in, take into consideration that as soon as you are ready to move its not even worth giving a 60 day notice cause the second you do all of a sudden you have all of these late fees and hidden charges, that they "just came up with for financial reasons". right, i forgot i was born yesterday. but i guess the constant supply of cocaine from any neighbor around you is pretty helpful for those long night trying to figure out why all of a sudden you have to pay for oxygen that comes in through the frame thats supposed to have a window in it by next week that they keep promising but ive lived here for a year and still havent felt safe in my beautiful new apartment. i would highly reccomend just living on the streets, at least you can breath air without having to pay.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!
