My fiancee and I live at these apartments, and someone tried to break in at the end of September 2004. Our window was cracked. We told the office about it. Not only did they not worry about the potential break in, or alert other residents of it, but we did not get anyone to come measure for a new window and screen until October 24th. Since then, we have not had anyone back to our apartment. We have called SEVERAL times, left messages SEVERAL times, and been up to the office SEVERAL times. Its all lies and crap when dealing with the office. They treat you like you are ignorant and send you on your way with false hope for getting anything fixed. I am still waiting on a phone call that they promised me I'd receive about my curtains they ruined, and awaiting the vent over my stove to be properly fixed since the very day we moved in. There is also the problem of our half wall...It is about to FALL OVER! I only wish I was exaggerating. I am afraid to touch it or place anything on it in fear that it will just collapse. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE MY WHOLE LIFE.
