This apartment was usually very friendly towards me. Friendly didn't excuse the fact they would lose my maintenance orders though. I went 2 weeks in Winter without a heater, and then 22 days in summer without A/C. 22 DAYS!! I had to go though 3 work orders after they lost my 1st one, and it still took calling and stopping by all the time to get them to fix it. They replaced the whole unit outside and it still wasn't fixed. Then they worked on the condenser, and next thing i know I have buckets of water dripping from the ceiling. We moved in at 4 in the afternoon and the carpenters were just finishing. They didn't even tuck in the edges of the carpet. The walls also were dirtier than anything i've ever seen. My neighbor across from me went to move in and they didn't put the foam under his carpet, and there were used condiments on the counter still open. Trash was all over and it looked like the previous residents moved out a hour before he arrived. He confronted the complex about it and they said too bad. I had to argue for over a week b/c they wouldn't let me move out before they gave me a very small credit for having no A/C for 3 weeks. The 3 weeks I wasn't there were the best 3 weeks of my experience with Remington Oaks. Don't bother living there.
