I had the cheapest apt. that I could find in the area, and it was nice because it saved me money BUT....Be prepared to have to notify them at least 3 times for all maintenance issues that involve more than a A/C filter.

Be sure to also take a video of the apt. before you move out if you decide to stay here. I didn't and they made up a story about black grease on the carpet and pet urine, I didn't have a pet. Include in the video a shot of a current newspaper and a eyewitness to agree with you would be helpfull. I didn't do any of that. I also had a leak in the bathroom ceiling that I notified them 3 times about and it was never fixed. I read on TAA's website that you can call a plumber yourself and deduct the cost from your rent if something isn't fixed.

When calculating your pro-rated rent they will use 30 days instead of 31 (March has 31 days) and mult that by an extra day in order to try and get more money out of you. Then the property manager will tell you that they always go by the computer and use 30 days for each month, but their computer actually uses 31 for March. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
