Yes, these apartments are cheaper than others in the neighborhood....there is a reason. I lived here 1 1/2 years and had nothing but problems. The management and office staff are completely incompetent. I lived in a two bedroom on the lower level only to have the balcony above my patio fall through. There was also a leaky sewage drain outside my front door that constantly spewed raw sewage on my front porch and patio area. I notified the office on two seperate occasions about this and they just put it off. It was not until I told them that I was going to report them to the city for health violations did they take action to correct the problem. Their resolve was to pour bleach on and around my porch. My air conditioner broke on numerous occasions. Requests for repair fell upon deaf ears. I did not feel safe at all, especially with my young son. I recommend to anyone that they spend a few extra dollars and find a decent place to live.
