I've lived here just over 2 years. The place is ok for the money. My a/c went out but was fixed within the 2nd day. You just have to keep track of who you talk to & not be afraid to contact their corporate office. Water has been out a couple times, usually no notice but only lasts for a few hours.

but the thing with water it hasnt started just lately its been an on going thing since about two weeks ago
