The apartments are not too bad, lay-out wise. The managemnet is really poor. Nothing gets fixed on time, or at all sometimes. We had to get the City Code Enforcer to make them fix our heat in the middle of winter when it went out for three weeks and my wife was six months pregnant. The laundry machines were not fixed for six monnths, give my part of the aprments one washer and two dryers out of six washers and six dryers.
