I am offended that anyone would say that the only people that would write negative things about this complex are people that can't pay the bill. I have never missed a bill in my life and the only reason I moved into this run down hell hole was to save money for a house. I have experienced almost every experience that has been written in here except the rat situation. I will agree that it is mostly pest controlled. When we moved into our "clean" apartment, my husband found crack needles in the bathroom above our toilet. We would have never even known it was there had he not been changing the light bulb. We had to call the police to have them come and retrieve the disgusting things. Eva consistantly tells people she is going to do things and never does them. She is very dishonest. Donna and Seth are the only ones here that really try and go above and beyond for people. Kelly tries hard but she has to lie to middle class people to get them to live here. I guess if you are from the ghettos, this place is probably a step up and it makes sense you would live here for 15 years or more. Those of us that actually have a future, plan to move out of this place into a home in an area that is suitable to raise children. So if you are reading this, 98% of the accounts we have been through and we have only lived here since October. So in reading the rediculous "15 plus years" we have decided to give our review which is going to add onto the NUMEROUS negative reviews! The first week I lived here, someone tried to break in so take your lies else where. Either you were paid to write this review, you sleep with someone working in the office or you work in the office.
