I lived in these apartments for 6 months after moving from california. from the day i moved in there was no cold water. it was almost impossble at times to take a shower because it was to intensely hot...Also, it turned out that the apartment above us had been flooded before we moved in and leaked heavily itno our apartment. instead of cleaning adn repairing it correctly they took short cuts. they painted OVER the water stains and mold on the walls and ceilings. they had to be called to fix out ceiling light fixtures because we found them to be filled with water (major electrical hazard). screens were torn and there were soft spots along most of the walls with lack mols behind them. talk about disgusting.. i doubt they even did a walk thru before moving us in.. needless to say i moved out asap!!

You'd think this would be a shock to me, but I haven't even been here for ONE WEEK, and this review is not shocking news. Although I'm glad to see this, so I can report it with my statement as well.
