I don't even know where to start''' When I moved in this place was INFESTED with roaches; took me months to eradicate them (with NO help from management). The water gets turned off so often (the pipes are for ----) I've lost count. The laundry facilities are disgusting; half of the machines aren't even functional. My heater stopped working in January; it took them a month to finally deal with it properly. The walls are paper-thin. The utility bills are thru-the-roof.
The neighbors are pretty much either A) creepy drug-heads that drink beer, play music, and fight in the parking lots ALL NIGHT LONG or B) illegal immigrants that speak no english, have at least 14 people living in each apartment, and leave their children running around unsupervised. I've lived here 2 years and have had 2 attempted break-ins. It is not an uncommon occurance for me to have to call the police because some random drunk person I don't know is banging on my front door in the middle of the night. I could go on and on and on, folks.
I moved here because I was a broke accounting student, and I didn't have much of a choice. Well, now I've graduated, and I'm getting the hell out of this hole.
If YOU have a choice, I am telling you, don't walk, RUN from Remington Oaks!!!!!!
