Don't rent here there is noooooo shade anymore. The middle part of june the landscapers cut down a BUNCH of trees. Now no shade leads to higher electricity. They tell you your water bill is going to be a set rate WHEN YOU SIGN THE LEASE and its not.. ours jumped from a 49 dollar bill to 80 and we didn't use that much water. Now the roaches EWWW was taking a shower when i can had to leave the ac off so i could since our bathroom gets flooded if i don't anyway was taking a shower and a HUGE roach (NOT A WATER BUG) came out of the sink i know this is not a water bug cause after i killed it i took it to a pest control place. we have no security no safety. (GLAD I AM MOVING IN A WEEK) My husband and i have caught people using our cars for lawn furniture and when we asked them to get off they couldn't speak English so we had to show them the street and point to get off. Now getting back to the trees.. look at the pictures in the following links.. (i had to tow half of those branches with my truck so people could park with no help from anyone)

Laundry room on-site if you can call only having 3 washers and 2 dryers working
Pools 2 out of the 3 are open.. one has been closed since 2006

in short fall DON'T RENT HERE RUN RUN RUN FFFFFARRRR AWAY.. ITS NOT WORTH IT.

OMG!!! IVE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS,AND I SOO UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE DAMN BUGS! IVE NEVER HAD ROACHES BEFORE! I FEEL SO NASTY LIVING HERE! THEY DONT SPRAY.I SPRAY! I ALSO SMELL WHATEVER THE PPL DOWNSTAIRS COOK! AND ITS GROSS! THE WATER FAUCET SUCKS IN THE KTICHEN.THE STOVE WAS BROKEN! AND DID I MEANTION BUGS! THEY ARE IN MY RESTROOM! COMING FROM DOWNSTAIRS! YEAH I WONT BE TELLING ANYONE ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS!AND PARKING IS A JOKE!,THEY ALLOW CARS TO JUST SIT UP,THAT DONT WORK,TAKE UP PARKING SPACES!AND YES THE SPEEDERS SUCK AS WELL..THEY DONT CARE THAT KIDS DO LIVE HERE AS WELL!
