I moved in in the middle of May and got a great move in deal, I pay very little for the Sq footage I have and any problems I have had were fixed quickly. How ever, these grounds have problems with strange people. The office is currently trying to evict a stalker like man who runs around in a womans thong and shakes his -ss everywhere at young women. I have also had trouble with people moving my laundry "for" me so they can use the washers themselves, because enough are not provided, or work. The office staff is nice, but the grounds are cheap. Over all you get what you pay for in this area
