Reasons not to move here:
1) The office workers are horrible. They are liars, very rude, and never helpful.
2) The water is constantly being turned off during the day. It sucks for people who work nights.
3) Too many people here don't speak English. I try to ask my neighbors to turn down the music, but they can't understand me.
4) The price for water is crazy, like 40.00 for one person.
5) Good luck trying to get something fixed. It took me eight months to get my leaking ceiling repaired.
6) They never tell you when repairs will be done on your apartment. I'll come home and see all this mud tracked on my carpet and trash everywhere. When I ask about it, the office people say "repairs needed to be done".
7) Yesterday (without notice) they came into my apartment to fix the bathroom sink. I was here when they started working and they seemed very nice, but when I got home I discovered THEY LEFT MY FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED!! Also, when I left, I turned my A/C off. When I got home I found out they had not only turned it back on, but that it had been set to 50 degrees all day. I hope they were nice and comfortable.
And lastly...
I had underpaid my last rent bill by $1.00. About 1 week later I got a notice on my door telling me that I was being evicted in 60 days unless I had paid that 1.00. I called the office and the lady told me 7 notices had been placed on my door. I told her this never happened, and she said "How do I know you're not lying'". The next day I went in to pay the 1.00 and a different lady told me that they never put 7 notices on my door and that I should never have even received one for such a small amount.
