Glamorous its not, but if you're looking for the best inexpensive apt in this area, this is a good choice. I never had bugs, never heard the other neighbors, and never had problems with the maintenance. The effeciency is roomy with a big living room and big patio. The pools always seem to be in need of a cleaning, but overall the grounds are kept up pretty well, although nothing fancy. The location is great, there's anything you could want in a 2 mile radius. As a single female I always felt safe there, what with the alarm system and being down the street from the police station (plus its just a nice area).
