I leased here back in 2006. I had mold that grew in the 2nd bathroom as a result of standing water always at the window and ac installed in the ceiling of the bathroom constantly dripping. I wrote a complaint, and it was not expidited until I complained to the BBB. They then responded that it was mildew and was from a lack of cleanliness. That was an insult!!! I am a very clean person. Bleach, Lysol, and the strongest cleaners would not remove the mold. They had to use a cleanser that is not available in stores. I also had my rent/water money order stolen one month and cashed by someone. After receiving a notice to vacate on my door... I showed the money order receipt and had a tracer placed on the money orders. They were stolen right out of the office! I finally had enough and asked to be let out of my lease early with proof and pics. I was let out of my lease by the corporate office when I consulted an attorney. I see that they haven't changed a bit. LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
