Do not rent here!!! I was very disappointed when I moved into this dump. My Cabinets were wet when I moved in and a lot of my clothes, my children s clothes have been ruined. They came by to repaint them a week later and they were still wet. Two weeks after that they came back, I told them that they were still wet because they are painting over DIRT, common since is that paint does not dry over dirt, they have to be sanded down and refinished!!!!!!

I give my kids a bath and I would notice paint was floating in the water, which my littlest one would pick up and put it in her mouth. It was paint that was coming off of the bath tub! GROSS! I was told that they will fax me a letter that I need to sign to have my tube refinished, they never send it, I call back two weeks later, and she faxes me a Spanish copy. I call back and ask do you think you can send me a copy in English now, and Claudia (the manager) says oh did I send it in Spanish and you can here everyone start to LAUGH!! I am so glad that they all think this was amusing.

In the living room, there is a window and the seal is broken, water came all inside and ruined my recliner that I had in front of it. I was going to claim it on my renters insurance but my deductible is 500 so I didn't think it was worth it.

There has been so many other things that have gone wrong and I have only been here a month and I have 11 more to go!!! I am in the purgatory that s for sure!!

One more thing, they tell me, we will compensate you 25.00 for all of your inconveniences, care you kidding me!! These people have lost there mind.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I may be able to help...tell the manager that due to the number of problems as well as health concerns, you need to be let out of your lease without paying to do so, or you will contact the TAA (Texas Apartment Association) about the living conditions. If that doesn't work, your next step is to file a complaint with the Texas Board of Health. It worked to get us out of our lease after 5 days of being there! Good luck!
