After living there for three months and it being a living hell with the mowing people mowing and using their stupid wind blowers right next to my bedroom window at 8 in the morning and drunkin people screaming and cursing at 3 in the morn. me and my bf at the time broke up and moved out. Not only having to deal all the crap I already had to deal with me and him combined had to pay over $1600 dollars to break a lease on an apartment that sucked and wasn't even worth it at all. That was in March, now, it's July, almost August and I have creditors calling me telling me that I owe the apartment complex almost $1000 more dollars. It took me almost a month to get ahold of someone to fix the problem and it took them almost 2 weeks to "get the papers" and now it's taking them over a month to call the creditor so i can get my money back that I've already payed them. I hate this place and so does everyone else that I know that lives there. I'm glad I moved out but unfortunatly I'm still dealing with them.

sounds like you didnt know what you were getting yourself into. apartments are all like you described and you also blame the managment when you were the one breaking the lease which is a contract, if you didnt know already. also sounds like you are just mad they are coming after you with bills you should have paid.
