I moved here because of school and the first thing they will tell you is that they have 5 pools...well they do but they are only open for the first day of summer and then they are locked up ALL SUMMER. I had a pool directly beside my patio, I was excited, I never got to use it. A/C don't work, my stove tops didn't work, and my dish washer didn't work, and they were NEVER fixed I had 3 work orders that I had filled out and photo copied and signed and dated by management. Floor was nasty, huge stains luckly my furniture covered most of them up. They did a crap lousy job of cleaning the place before I moved in, there was a dirty diaper in th e bathroom cabinet, as well as more random belongings left by the previous tenant. The patio gate was rotten, and falling apart. When I moved in I lived on the first floor and the Bills were cheap because I was surrounded by huge trees, which gave me shade. But at the beggining of the summer, they cut all the trees up and there is nothing left of them, my bills tripled in one month, Over 400 dollars, and it was hell to keep that apt cool. The roach problem, is absolutley unreal. I found out if you spread sevendust on your floor for a few hrs and vacume it up, it will kill all roaches, spiders, FLEAS, and ants for about 3 months. I let my cat out for a minute and the whole house was COVERED in fleas. If you have pets it will not hurt them, infact, after a week or two all there fleas will be gone, repeat once a month when you vacume, and lock up you pets when you do it, you don't want direct contact. It will take about two weeks for the roaches to leave, but once they're gone you got about 3 months before they come back. Also spread it outside the apt to keep outside bugs away.

Neighbors were quiet, except for the occasional BOOM BOOM of a car sterio. Staff was very helpful, when my ex and I split and I was left to pay for everyting myself, very helpful. If you are going to live here anyways I suggest you get a 6 month lease like I did, just to try it out. I was ready to leave two months in.
