This is my 3rd month at Remington Oaks since I moved back. I received a flyer on my door suggesting I use online bill pay for my rent. I scheduled a payment to be made on the 4th of December and got an eviction notice on my door on Dec 8th. I went to the office and explained I had received the flyer suggesting tenants use online banking and that the payment was scheduled before the due-date. Before telling the office who I was or what apartment I lived at, the manager said to me, "Oh, we received that check today and didnt know who it was for." What' I thought. If they couldnt tell who it was for, how would they know that it was my check if I never told them who I was' Long story short, I contacted my bank and was told the payment was received on the 4th and there should be no problems. Went back to the office and was told they dont receive payments intantly online, it gets sent in the mail the day of payment. So... I ended up getting out of the eviction, but was assessed a $53.00 late fee. I pay 8 other bills online and have never had a problem like this. I feel like i got scammed along with all the other people I saw in the office that day for the same reason. I have written good reviews for them before, when I lived here under different management, but now it is apparent that the current management is manipulating people into being late. Avoid the staff, rent elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off

YES, I HATE THESE DAMN MANGT THESE DAYS!! THEY FREAKON SUCK!! IM GLAD THAT I DIDNT CONSIDER RENTING AT THIS PLACE AT ALL, FROM SOME OF THE PICS IT LOOKS LIKE A COMPLETE DUMP!!! AND BESIDES THAT, I'D BE DAMNED IF THE OFFICE ONLY EXEPTED PAYMENTS THROUGH MY BANK!! SCREW YOU, YOU ARE GETTING A DAMN MONEY ORDER JUST LIKE THE REST!!!
