My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 8 months and CANNOT wait to get out. Our garbage disposal breaks about once a month and it takes about a week to get it fixed. We realized upon move in, that instead of fixing drawers in various areas of our apartment, they just nailed them shut. 3 out of 6 of the washers in our washing area do not work, and haven't worked for months. We were notified twice that our apartments would be sprayed for pests and it never happened. I still have roaches that run rampant in our DISHWASHER, after our dishes have been cleaned!! Our fitness center has absolutely nothing in it, and our pool is not open! Our first week of living at this residence we were charged for 2 months of electric and water/sewer from before we moved in. Not to mention, the snobby office associate that came blaring through our door insisting that we didnt pay rent! We had just moved in days ago! The management WILL talk down to you, whether you are polite or not. We watched this poor elderly man get yelled at and it took all we had to keep from teaching that woman some manners! They have absolutely no remorse nor care for their paying residents. Just dont, dont move here! It is not worth the hassel.

Come August ask whoever is in #2014 if they still have hot water coming out of the cold water spigots and toilet after a flush.....

I stayed there from June 2008 until May 2009. I had the lease shortened due to the heater not working for the entire month of December! December! One of the coldest months of the year! I paid rent a WEEK before it was due every month. Nothing was fixed and I can put all the money in the world on a bet that the heater is not working right now and will not work once it gets cold. I can agree with EVERYONE on this site that the staff is just dumb. One of the staff asked my girlfriend if she spoke english just becuase she is Korean! WTF?!? A lady named MARIA--idiot. They have had 3 different managers and you will NEVER EVER get a hold of the main office. They take advantage of people that do not speak good english or understand it. They WILL lie to you. Oh, and you WILL be paying for water 2 months after you move out. For some dumb reason, you dont pay for water 2 months after you move in. Point blank, if you move into Remington Oaks, you need to be slapped with a fist full of dumb ass. Iknow because I did it! Take each of these complaints serious. We wouldnt put these on here just for kicks.
