Ok, first I will start out with the obvious. In June or July, one punk kid walked into another punk kid's apartment and took a couple of shots at them. There was another gun shot last month. Every day by the pool is like a techno rave, complete with a kid and his turntables, with the obligatory earphone to make sure he gets his mixes just right. Every night the parties continue. I was in a 3 bedroom, thinking that it would be fairly quiet. I probably had to call the courtesy patrol on both my neighbors beside me and below me at least 3 times a week for blasting the music so hard that it shook the floor in my apartment after 11 during the week. Even though I complained to the office several times, they never received even one notice on their door. If I recall correctly, from when I used to work in that business, if you get 3 formal noise complaints, you are evicted. The management did nothing.

Also, the gates never worked. The one to the south of the office was not closed ever. Everyone and their dog had the code to get into the gate, so it was a constant stream of bass pounding, souped up cars rolling through.

The rest of the apartment was not bad. The staff had a complete turnover except for the manager during the time I was there also. My opinion is this, if you are younger than 25, or work in a restaraunt or bar, you will be very happy here, if not do not live there.
