Aside from some annoying loud neighbors, who have moved out, one time when my car window was smashed by some vandals in broad daylight, and THE WORST CABLE/INTERNET PROVIDER EVER!!! This is an ok place to live. The apartments are fairly nice, fairly soundproof and the rent is reasonable for the space. The pools are ok, and the workout rooms arent bad. They should really fix the gates, and they are a little over zealous in collecting late fees, considering the fact that the gates have seriously been broken off and on for the entire year that i have lived there... but i guess no apartment is perfect.
