The management at Silver Creek has serious problems; the manager Tammy Littlepage was anything but courteous and her business skills are something to be desired. The apartments sit at about mediocre,yet they expect extremely inflated prices. when i first got a lease, they promised no money down since i was a student. Then they decided, after one and a half months into our lease that a $400.00 deposit was necessary. To this day, I don't understand it. The pools are a joke-I have been here for aboout a year and they are still under maintenance. I'm sure the pools are just another amenity to be included in the inflated price. Also, we had severe insulation problems. Our backdoor still has a crack in the seal due to poor construction. These are just a few of the things that I had to encounter in my unpleasant stay with Silver Creek. My advice would be to find more stable apartments that are run by serviceable managers because these apartments are low quality for extremely high prices.

You know you didnt have to pay the 400 dolllars. The lease was signed. I work at some apts. I used to live there and I broke my lease because they were so ghetto. I was promised a new phase apt and got an old one instead. The drug dealers that lived across from me said they wanted to rape me and I was 7 months pregnant. My neighbors all hated me because of who only knows why. Tammy was no help at all. We had to go above her head to get out of my lease. She never returns phone calls or does what she says. I am pretty forgiving when it comes to apt. personnel just because I am one but not here. They SUCK!

I had to call about my AC not working yesterday morning and when I got home I had a yellow post it note on my counter that seemed to be the telephone call note made when I called. Also at the bottom of the note was another persons writing that stated AC checked... They changed the filter and turned my AC back on. Past this I have no clue what was done if anything. There was no telephone call back to me nor was there a real service report left. I called that evening and got shunned off telling me I had to wait to the next day to talk to the office which was at that time closed. I am none too happy about the situation. I am not upset about the AC not working as much as pised off to the lack of comunication to me that it was not going to be working when i got home. Surprise!!! I will be going in this morning and having it out with them and then be placing a call to the corprate office to lodge a formal complaint.

I have lived at Silver Creek for three years and it has been one of the best apartments that I've lived in. The people at the office are very nice and understanding to some of the problems that my family has come across. The maintenence people are also very nice , they try really hard to fix things in a timely manner. The girls in the office are very thoughful and kind. They have never said a rude word to me unlike other places i have lived. The bed rooms and living areas are huge. I love the size of my bed room and bathroom. They have high cielings and molding so you donot feel like you are in a apartment. I would recommend Silver Creek as a good place to live for familys. It's in a good location and the best school district . Out of all the appartments I've lived in I must say that Silver Creek Is the best by far. It truly is a place I call home. Sincerely T. W.

All a load of bull, worst apartments, we only had a seven month lease and filed a bunch of work orders on move in that never were fixed. i filed a couple of others about the same stuff and they still werent fixed, i filed a final letter to have everything and said i wanted out of the lease, told it was fine and i could get my prorate and security deposit back, when i called corporate i was told that i couldnt then recieved a nasty letter from the president that basically called me a liar. problems with the manager who is a liar and problems with the maintanence who let their children clean out the empty apartments, all in all a bunch of crap apartmens with a crap corporation at their center whose president is not only incompetent but also rude and unhelpful, my kids have to move again because of this, so if you have a family find somewhere else to live, you'll be happy you did in the end.
