I lived in the complex for 1 year and 6 mos. Parking was horrible. They did nothing to resolve it. Also, the gates in Phase I were broken or breaking at any given point in time. My car was bashed twice by the gate shutting while I was exiting the complex. Of course, the office staff did nothing to assist me (or fix the gate!). To add insult to injury, I gave my notice to the office and paid my last month of rent before I moved out. 3 months later I found out that they put a collections on my for that same last month of rent! Unbelievable. No communication or service - just a lot of backhanded people.

I have a garage space but cannot use it if there is a vehicle parked in a space directly in front. Unable to back out of garage.
