I have lived in Silver Creek for almost two years and have a low level of pride for where I live. I thought the exterior was nice and the apt was fair but little did I know. The intire two years the facilites that are "extras" have never worked. The only thing I do know that works is the lights that show the sign. Between the hot tubes that have never worked to the gates that never close and the weight room with the sona that isnt finnished and is full of broken equipment that is fossilized junk, I dont know why they take rent here. I do know that the NRH POLICE Dept. know where we are since they are always here with countless car, apt., and garage breakins.I am pretty sure the only way the get you in is the pretty girl at the front office, but she is gone now too. The apts. are not cleaned when you move in very well at all so give yourself an extra day to move in to get it ready. I have seen many apts that are ready for movins that I would never accept as a new tennant. They do very little for the renters and that is only cause the renters started doing things for thier selves. PLUS My rent has jumped over $100 in the two years I have been here! With no discounts. They also have the worst sprinklers system in the world, it comes on early when your leaving to go out and most of the time the heads are all broken so dont bother washing your car EVER! Lastly beware of the next door apts they are the low income housing group and they love our pools! (If the pools are open that is) I will be gone very soon to a newer and cheaper apartment with EXTRAS I know that work! Good luck if you live here and get a gun.

I am a Quality Engineer and resident for the last 18 months or so. I estimate the up-time of the work-out center to be 30% (treadmills were zero) for my entire stay. The staff promised delivery of new treadmills every month for many months. The pools are down about half the summer sporadically. I do not remember the gate code as the gates have been down for weeks. The appear to lack a maintenance tracking system but fix the "important" stuff like leaks pretty quickly.
