Management was rude, only helping me when I threaten to move out. Always raising the rent on an apartment that is not worth what they are asking.

"Make ready" left steel wool in my dishwasher disposal, staples all over my carpet and walls, and grubby handprints on the beige surfaces, and I was told to deal with it. I really don't think they changed the carpet out like they said.

The pools are ALWAYS broken, the hot tubs never work. For one week in the summer they were open, but then someone broke beer bottles in the pool and they were closed the rest of the summer. I was told there is a spa, there is not. It's a closet in a restroom, never going to be fixed.

The "workout room" doesn't work either. They say all kinds of things to make you think they are working on it, but come on, three years with the same broken treadmill'

I guess it could be worse, it looks nice on the outside. I wouldn't really recommend it but the alternatives aren't that appealing either. I think that the management is just in over their heads and don't really care about you either way. They don't treat this like it's someone's home, you're just an inconvenience.
