Remember, people only have the drive to leave reviews when they are unhappy. I have noticed most of the people who left reviews cannot spell; which leads me to believe they are uneducated. Roaches are in any apartment where dirty people live. Put shelf paper in your apartment. Line the back with boric acid and bay leaves - you'll never see a roach. This place is wonderful the office staff is friendly and helpful. I know many corporate housing firms who also use them frequently, and the guest always love it. I love it too...and intend to stay quite a while.
