I do not always write reviews, but I was thinking that some of the reviews written about this place, were from people who never lived here. I moved from Ca, and this place is fantastic. Never had any problem with the management, or the staff, always friendly and helpful. I have had more problem with rude neighbors, inconsiderate people who do not clean up after their dogs, or who let their dogs into the pool. You have those kinds of people every where though. The apartment complex also sports a CARES group, which is sponsored by the management, and allows those in the community who want to get together have a reason to do so. Inside living, we have had few problems, nothing that was not easily fixed. I dislike the whirlpool appliances, but I never was a whirlpool fan to begin with so oh well. I was very impressed though that in the 3 bedroom, were 2 separate heating/air-conditioning units, and in each of the showers are separate water heaters, so I almost never run out of hot water even in a 30-45 minute shower. From the other reviews that I read below, I am just not sure how it is justifiable to talk bad about this place. Sure there are other apartments just around the corner that are run down, not gated, and are poor in quality, but this is not those communities. I can only imagine, that some of the other reviewers mistakenly wrote a review for the wrong complex.

As a resident for 18 months - yes the CARES group is nice - not very many people take advantage of the social activities. The lack of maintenance (pool and workout equipment) is a bad problem but compounding the issue is lack of respect from residents cleaningup after their enormous dogs. ew!
