I have lived here for 5 months and can't wait until my lease is up! This place is the dump. Trash all over the property, borken down apartments and common areas. Nothing gets repaired within a reasonable time frame. We don't get any rest because these apartments are NOT sound proof. I have lived in apartments in many states for the past 10 years and this one is the worst ever. I did not plan on moving out within a year but my family and I have to get some peace. We can hear our upstairs neighbors ever day and night. The floors are so thin and weak it is unreal! Do not consider this place! Parking is a nightmare. They say that there is ample parking but you have to pay in the covered spots or for a garage. Staff in the office is rude and get this, you get a copy of your check as a receipt. They will not even prucchase a receipt book to issue you a correct receipt. Go figure! You don't get what you pay for!

Well, so can we get out of it if we PAID for the amenities and NONE of them work and/or NONE of them are ever open??? It is very disconcerting to have moved in here for the amenities and then not have them to use at all. We have been here 3 months and none of them have worked here since we moved in. It's really sad...

Been here since June... only complaint are the people who live here. We have all been told not too put trash out except on trash days.. yet everyone ignores it. So the place is trashed... Also help your self to free parking under the car ports... no one respects the rules.. are we kids can't obey the rules the girls set for us????? The parties that go on at night... College kids.. mainly.. loud and disprespectful when you ask them to keep it down. People moving... out without obeying the rules... Don't blame it all on the staff.... can't people just obey the rules.... Pools are not dirty... and I am not a office staff member either.. I am a working woman... Also the parties with the beer cans on the lawn.. and people walking their dogs and allowing not to pick up after the dogs... these are rules on our lease.. I love the little gray car that sneaks in @ the mail box under the car port that should not park there. Or the cars that are all expired stickers... on the lot.. buy the exit gate.. People obey the rules..

The position of the office staff is to inforce the rules/lease. If you know of a person who does not pick up after their pet, notification should be made to the leasing office; property manager and the lease should be enforced. The trash should be placed out for pickup on the evening prior or early morning of pick up day. The problem is that the porter, yes 1 is responsible for the entire property and the trash is not picked up many times until late afternoon. Yes, parking is an issue as people don't respect the rules but again, tow the cars that are not registered or in working order. This too does not happen. In response, I realize that the office can only due as much as corporate allows and if they do not have the fianacial support from corporate you end up with what you have. A property going down the hill. The girls for the most part can be nice but nice does not get it when you are paying the amount of dollars requested for rent. Not to mention the admenities fee for admenities not in working condition or being available.
